How it works
Four steps. No phone calls.
Renting wireless mics should feel like renting a car.
Pick a kit, pay, the case shows up at your door, you perform, you drop it at UPS. That's the whole flow. Most customers complete the booking in under 90 seconds.
- Step 01
Pick your kit
Channel count is the only question that matters. One speaker? MicKit 1. Two people? MicKit 2. Four actors or a panel? MicKit Pro 4. Full musical? MicKit Perform 8. Big musical or large conference? MicKit Perform 16. Live prices, live availability, no quote form.
- Step 02
We ship
Your kit arrives 2 business days before your first rehearsal in a waterproof case. Inside: receivers, bodypacks, Point Source Audio elements, cables, a laminated quick-start card, and a pre-paid return label. Flat-rate shipping by zone, $39 to $249 round-trip.
- Step 03
You perform
Open the case, read the card, you're on air. RF is pre-coordinated, pairing is done, batteries drop into the bodypack. If show day goes sideways, text the on-call tech line printed on the card. We answer in minutes, not hours.
- Step 04
Drop the case
Pack it back the way you found it. Peel the pre-paid label off the card, stick it on the case, drop at any UPS location on your way home. No appointment, no pickup window, no paperwork.
A few details worth knowing
Pre-coordinated RF
We scan the venue's local frequencies before your kit ships. You never have to coordinate channels manually.
Point Source elements
Every kit ships with Point Source Audio CO-6 headsets or CO-8WL lavaliers. Pro-grade elements, same as a Broadway A1 carries.
Show-day tech support
A direct text line to on-call support is printed on your quick-start card. Text us if anything goes sideways — we answer in minutes.
